A: We provide 10 years for our stack batery based on room temperature 25°c and 1C discharge and 0.5c charge, the cycle life of the
battery pack can exceed 4000 cycles.

Q2: What is your battery warranty condition?

A: 1. Resending new battery or refund within the first year if something is wrong(cannot be repaired) with the quality of the product.

2. Provide free accessories in the 2nd~5th years.

3. Provide remote technology support lifelong.

Q3: Can these battery packs be compatible with my inverter? Do you have a brand list of the inverter which is compatible?
